Doesn’t work

I downloaded it, installed it and it doesn’t do anything useful. Opened it up, it sees the BluRay but can’t play it. Every time I click play it just sits there or opens a file dialog box and the AACS file (and everything else on disk) is grayed out. I spent 15 minutes trying to see if I was missing anything but gave up. Now I’m wading through VLC and the morass of alternative options that are much more complicated. I RTFM, and worked as a software developer for a while so it’s not like I don’t know how to use software. Just doesn’t seem to work.
